Who gets notified about a new article?
Notifications are set per account, so everyone gets only what they want to know. (3 steps, about 1 min)

Settings → Notifications.

Switch on what you need
You can choose: Daily article notification, Approval request, Weekly summary and Error alerts. In draft mode, Approval request is the most important.

Checking the address
Check the address
The Notification email field shows where the emails go: always the email address of your own account.
Good to know:
- Every team member manages their own notifications, so everyone has to set them.
