Notifications
You decide which emails you get from Blost. Notifications are set per account. Where to find it: Settings → Notifications.

Notification email
Notifications always go to your own account’s email address. This field only shows it.
Tip: To send them to another address, change your account’s email address.

Daily article notification
Every morning you get an email when a new article is published, with the preview link.
Tip: If there are too many emails, use the Weekly summary instead.

Approval request
You get an email when an article is waiting for approval before publishing (draft mode).
Tip: In draft mode this is the most important one.

Weekly summary
A weekly email about published articles, clicks and the best performing content.
Tip: A good overview even if you switch off the daily email.

Error alerts
Tells you if Blost fails to publish an article.
Tip: It is worth leaving this on.
Common mistakes
- Every team member sets their own notifications. You cannot see anyone else’s settings.
Glossary
Draft: finished article, waiting for your approval.
Scheduled: finished article, goes out on the chosen day.
Planned: only a title and keyword, not written yet.
Published: live on your website.
